Riverside Forest School is rooted in a simple belief: children deserve meaningful time outside, joyful learning, strong relationships, and a place where they feel that they truly belong.
But Riverside isn’t something we want to build alone.
We believe the strongest programs grow when families, educators, local businesses, organizations, and neighbors come together around something they all believe in. Our Community Partners are part of what makes Riverside Forest School possible.
They help us create a Forest School that is sustainable, accessible, and deeply connected to the community it serves. This is something all of us get to build together, and we would love for you to be part of it.
Why Community Partnership Matters
Our program is growing, and we are incredibly grateful to have reached capacity for the 2026–2027 school year.
Growth is exciting — and it also means more transportation, more snacks, more materials, more outdoor gear, more staff time, and more of the everyday expenses that make Forest School possible.
At the same time, one of our deepest commitments is to keep Riverside affordable for families.
We don’t want meaningful outdoor education to become something only certain families can access. Community support helps us hold that commitment while continuing to provide a rich, thoughtful program for the children we serve.
